Effective Monday, March 16, only hospital personnel — including doctors, technicians, and essential staff — will be allowed inside all areas of the hospital until further notice.
Veterinary hospital staff will meet clients in the parking lot and bring pets in for care.
Clients are being asked to remain in their car. A care professional will come to the parking lot to bring your pet into the building for evaluation. After the medical team evaluates your animal, they will contact you via your cell phone to discuss recommendations and a plan moving forward.
Prescription and food pick ups are available. Please call in advance so we can get them ready and accept payment over the phone. Then call when you arrive and we will bring them out to you. You can also order your refills of food and medicaitons online through our website www.bellecityvet.com and they will be delivered to you.
Because of this unprecedented situation and the large volume of clientele that are normally in our hospital, our goal is to make sure our staff remains healthy and is able to continue to care for patients.
*****PLEASE READ UPDATE***** I wanted to update you all on a few changes we are making to keep our staff safe and allow us to be there for your pets. We have split the doctors and staff into two teams. Each week we will have 2 drs. and 6 staff. They will all be working M-F 8-12 & 2-4, one week on and one week off so that if there is an illness among one team we have a non exposed team at the ready. As a result of this we are temporarily closing on Saturdays through the brunt of this unprecidented situation. We really appreciate your continued patience and support as we navigate these uncharted waters.
