Dr. Ray:
Hi! I'm one of the owner veterinarians of Belle City Veterinary Hospital. I attended Kansas State University's College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 1994. I take pride in constantly educating myself and making sure my clients are well informed. I am particularly interested in orthopedic surgery and ultrasound. My wife, Amy, and my children, Sidney and Charles, are glad to call Racine home and look forward to many happy years here.

| Dr. Livingston:
I am a veterinarian and one of the owners of Belle City Veterinary Hospital.
I graduated from University of Missouri, College of Veterinary Medicine in
1993. I enjoy both medicine and surgery but have a special interest in
ophthalmology. When not at work, I keep busy with my husband, Jerry, and my
daughters, Kaitlin and Hannah. I look forward to meeting all of our clients
with their "kids". |
| Dr. Singh:
Hi there! My name is Dr. Singh, and I am the newest member of the Belle City
pet physician team. I earned my veterinary decree from Punjab Agricultural
University in India. Although I was raised in Illinois, my husband’s work
brought us to Racine, WI. I grew up with a veterinarian in the family and
have worked as a technician for most of my life. I enjoy nursing care,
pediatrics, emergency work, and toxicology. We have a great yellow lab named
Max and can’t wait to get a kitty…as soon as our new baby is old enough. |
| Dr. Whitney:
Hello, I'm Dr. Todd Whitney. I graduated from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. My wife,
Linda, is also a veterinarian. We have two dogs, Gracie and Tully, both
Golden Retrievers, and a cat named Gatsby. My special interests are
preventative medicine, nutrition, and geriatric medicine. |
