Technicians

Kelley, CVT:
Hi! I'm one of the "cat people" here at Belle City Veterinary Hospital I have a Bachelor's degree in Animal Behavior from U.W. Madison, and I worked as a technician in a cat clinic for 4 years before coming here in July of last year. It may sound corny, but I love my job. I think clients who come in must be jealous of me, because I spend every day meeting and helping their cats and dogs. At home I live with two gorgeous cats.

Stephanie, CVT:
I am currently studying to be a veterinarian in the pre-veterinary program at U W Parkside. My ultimate goal is to become a veterinary surgeon specializing in orthopedics. I have worked for Dr's. Ray and Livingston since 1994. I have 2 Saint Bernards, a Rottweiler, and 4 cats. My hobbies include spending lots of time with my dogs concentrating on obedience, and just having fun.

Eric:
Hello, my name is Eric. I’m one of the Veterinary Technicians that work at this lovely place I call Belle City a.k.a. work. I started working here in June of 2003. I was hired on as a Kennel Attendant and worked my way up to where I am at now. To say I don’t love my job would be a lie. I love what I do and who I work with. Working with animals has always been a life-long dream of mine. In the future, I’m planning to take classes to become a Radiology Technician. I plan to stay at Belle City until I am able I get my degree. My life has changed a lot within the last few months, and I can’t say for the worst. My Cat Tommy is the only pet I own right now. He’s a 3 year old domestic short hair, and he is full of energy. I adopted Tommy from work. I fell in love with him after helping him recover from his surgery. I will always love to keep some part of my life involved with animals. Where my next step in life takes me, no one knows but, I am happy to follow an unknown path. Till I see everyone, have a good day.

Isaiah Gray:
Greetings. I'm the newest member of the Belle City Veterinary Hospital Technician staff. Isaiah's the name, and I moved to Racine only recently after working as a firefighter in Singapore. I had quite the experience working with dogs in the Urban Search and Rescue K9 unit and am currently training a Siberian Husky to be a search and rescue dog. Beyond that, my time is consumed by studying for my pre-veterinary classes.
Nicole Bundza:
Hello, my name is Nicole Bundza. I started working here in early
October, and am honored to be a member of the family here at Belle City Veterinary Hospital. I'm proud to say that I've been in the veterinary field for about ten years now. Prior to working here, I specialized as a surgeon's technician at Animal Emergency and Treatment Center. This is where my skills are most keen. I have five furry children. These include three canines and two wonderful felines. Malcolm, my geriatric half-Rott, half-German Shepard; Max, my fractious Golden Retriever; my troublesome two-year-old blond labradork Seamour Bundz are joined by my cats Echo and Spud. Needless to say, these guys were all saved by the gift of God's timing. I was made for this profession, and I will continue to endlessly love our beloved furry friends for the rest of my life. If I haven't had the opportunity to meet you and your family yet, I hope to do so in the near future.

Kristin:
My name is Kristin and I have been a technician assistant at Belle City since fall of 2004. I am currently attending the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee and majoring in Biochemistry for the Pre-veterinary program. I have two black Labrador retrievers, Abby & Mattie, and a neurotic domestic short hair cat named Monkey.
Julie:
Hi there! I’m one of the newest technicians on the Belle City team. My name is Julie, and I am owned by one Dobie and two cats, foster two cats, and train for ABMC Malinois Rescue. I started in the animal care field in January of 2001, and I have been actively training and educating the public since May of 2002. I currently instruct all levels of obedience and competition, design and instruct all levels of modification programs, and organize local educational seminars for owners. My life’s goal is to teach owners how to strengthen the human-animal bond to the utmost level and create the most wonderful relationship that is possible: a relationship based on trust and understanding.
